OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage the installation of paint and wallcovering scope within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of construction trade experience including paint knowledge. People management skills are essential and so is a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve project goals. This job will require travel and overnights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Operations:
· Financially manage budgeted job cost categories throughout the entire assigned project using foreperson daily logs, job cost reports, and project completion percentages.
· Provide documentation weekly to report on the financial status of all assigned jobs.
· Provide documentation and resolution for any assigned job that is not at budget.
· Schedule workforce needs according to project demands, schedules, and budgeted cost.
· Review and understand the scope of work bid per project, including required job start up meetings.
· Maintain all paperwork associated with any additional work outside of scope or any change orders, and obtain appropriate approvals and signatures.
· Turn in weekly all change orders or time and material tickets to the assigned project coordinator.
· Order the approved material for the assigned project and manage it to budget.
· Maintain all job schedules and communicate needs and schedules with the assigned coordinator.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality assurance.
· Communicate effectively and timely with all involved with the project including but not limited to the job superintendent, sales person, coordinator, workforce, and director of operations.
· Evaluate workforce performance and quality of assigned projects and create action plans for improvement where needed.
· Conduct job site safety inspections.
· Turn in a plan/schedule to the director by 4pm each day.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical:
· Employee is required to lift and load material up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
· Employee will spend approximately 20% of the day sitting, 30% standing, 40% walking, and 10% stooping, climbing, and kneeling.
· Employee must be able to drive a car, truck, or van.
· Employee must be able to operate the computer, phone, apps, and all other items identified as necessary to the position.
Other:
· Ability to work all hours as needed. Expectation is 7am-5pm, but must be available at any time assigned projects are running.
· Employee must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
