Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent travel consultation.
• Sell domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, fixed departures, and customized itineraries.
• Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
