We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Executive to work in the night shift and handle international customers. The role includes selling travel packages, managing bookings, and offering excellent customer support. The company provides both-side cab facilities for safe and comfortable travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls during night shift (US/UK timings)
  • Promote and sell domestic & international travel packages
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel options
  • Prepare customized itineraries and quotations
  • Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and meet performance metrics
  • Provide post-booking support whenever required

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work night shifts comfortably
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (added advantage)
  • Customer service-oriented attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,595.61 - ₹37,629.16 per month
