Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls related to international and domestic travel.
- Understand the customer’s travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Assist customers with online bookings.
- Answer travel-related queries on pricing, destinations, group sizes, and itinerary
- Maintain records of conversations in CRM
- Cross-sell and upsell other services like insurance, visa, etc
Skills:
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Customer handling and sales ability
- Patience and empathy
- Basic computer and typing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
