Travel Sales Executive – Fly Wide Holidays

Fly Wide Holidays is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our Kochi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
• Follow up with travel leads and convert them into bookings
• Explain domestic and international tour packages to customers
• Prepare and share quotations and itineraries
• Maintain proper lead and booking follow-ups
• Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation
• Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to follow up consistently and close sales
• Previous experience in travel/tourism or sales is preferred
• Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply
