National Hose Testing Specialties, Inc. offers Aerial, Ground Ladder, and Hose testing for fire departments in various states. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated to provide on-site equipment testing. The duties include but are not limited to setup/take-down of the trailer, unloading/reloading fire hoses, and recording proper documentation of test results. All testing is compliant with NFPA and ISO standards. As an inspector providing service to various states. PLEASE NOTE TRAVEL IS EXPECTED. A normal week out of town could last two-five consecutive nights. Our crews do have weekends off. For time out of town, a daily per diem is granted.
Qualifications:
- A willingness to travel one week at a time to fire departments bordering MI
- Physical ability to lift 50-100 pounds
- Ability to work long hours in an outdoor environment
- Basic math skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Summary
