Job Title: Lead Installation Specialist Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Installation Specialist to oversee the installation of washroom dispensers across multiple locations nationwide. This is a travel-based position, requiring trips to job sites for hands-on installations across the country, team supervision, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has experience in Division 10 Specialties, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can manage installation teams with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Execution: Perform and oversee the installation of restroom dispensers, ensuring accurate placement, secure mounting, and full functionality.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise installation technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and facility managers to ensure installations are completed on schedule.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to verify installations meet company and industry standards; resolve deficiencies promptly.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve challenges such as improper wall surfaces, incorrect mounting, or missing hardware.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of installations, punch lists, and follow-up requirements.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and end users during installations, ensuring professional communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel: Travel frequently to job sites, with occasional extended stays depending on project scope and location.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and lead installation teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve installation issues efficiently.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in diverse environmental conditions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
  • License: Valid "Real ID" driver’s license required.

Compensation & Retention Bonus:

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Retention Bonus: $1,000 bonus paid in increments beginning after 6 months of contracting with us, with additional payouts scheduled throughout continued service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
