Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent

BHL Services, Inc., a family owned retail general contracting company, has been handling our client’s new store construction, remodels, and tenant improvement construction projects since 2003. And, we need to add a Superintendent to our team!

This individual is responsible for providing supervision and a company presence on each assigned project as well as keeping the project on schedule in order to meet our client’s deadline. Interacting with sub-contractors, suppliers and property managers is also expected. Must be able to close out the project and complete the punch list along with daily/weekly reporting as well.

Our projects are located all over the country so traveling out of state to the job site is required and can be for 5-16 weeks per project. Relocation is not expected or required.

What qualifications are we looking for?

• Must have a minimum of 5 years commercial supervision experience.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to communicate well.
• Awesome organizational skills.
• Positive can do attitude.

This is a contract position and therefore not eligible for benefits.

General Liability and Worker's Compensation are required.
