Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a keen eye for visual merchandising. This role involves ensuring that our products are presented in an appealing manner, aligning with brand standards, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers. The Retail Merchandiser will work closely with store management to execute merchandising strategies effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Assessing product needs/making adjustments as needed.

· Provide behind-the-counter training for employees to suggest selling better.

· Assist in mentoring & training new team members.

· Help implement and uphold cleaning & stocking procedures

· Set displays in ways that are appealing & Ensure displays are fully stocked.

· Build promotional displays associated with ad plans.

· Update merchandising & marketing materials as required.

o Update Pricing Tags as Needed

· Keeping up with tagging & pricing requirements.

· Perform Store Resets when asked.

· Assists with Inventory counts quarterly.

· Maintain shelf conditions, keeping sections free of blockage and debris.

· Manage back stock, ensuring products are worked to shelf. Maintain Inventory levels and Coordinate with management on product replenishment needs.

· Implement seasonal/promotional programs to ensure sell through.

· Propose sale opportunities that can be implemented in other locations.

· Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned.

· Negotiate yearly vendors contracts (Red Bull, Polar, Pepsi, Coca Cola)

· Negotiate yearly Vendor rebates (Red Bull, Polar, Pepsi, Coca Cola)

Requirements

· You must have your own transportation & be willing to travel to different retail locations daily.(Attleboro, Mansfield, Milford, Taunton, Plymouth, Foxboro, Wellesley)

· Must have Valid ID and reliable transportation.

· Previous experience in merchandising, retail or related fields.

· Gas Station Management experience is a plus

· Customer service experience.

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Organized, Detail oriented and driven.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

· Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 40lbs or push or pull objects up to 50lbs.

· Ability to work if refrigerated/freezer spaces.

Experience

• Familiarity with marketing principles and branding strategies.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or inventory management is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
