Role Description

Black Flag Solar is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Traveling Sales Representatives. This is a full-time opportunity based out of Raleigh, NC, with travel to various company markets across the country. You must be able to travel out of state for 2-3 weeks at a time.

In this role, representatives will generate leads, consult with homeowners, educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, and help families transition to sustainable energy solutions. Team members will develop strong communication, sales, and leadership skills while working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment alongside high-performing individuals.

This position is ideal for competitive, self-motivated individuals who are looking to break away from traditional income limitations and build a career with uncapped earning potential, leadership opportunities, and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently outside the Charlotte, NC area
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy solutions
  • Leadership or team-oriented background

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
