You'll be working with a dedicated team, eager to teach someone the skills needed to be an essential part of our practice.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• answering phones
• coordinating patient care
• accurately entering patient information into practice management software
• checking patient referrals
• scheduling appointments
• navigating and communicating insurance benefits with patients
• taking accurate and detailed messages
• entering charges/taking payments
• assisting in insurance processing, patient collections and accounts receivable as needed
• assisting in patient check-out after consultaions
• obtaining medical recommendations

Work hours Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm with a potential half day.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
