Job Description:
American Tree Solutions is a professional tree service company in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for a dependable Groundsman / Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, experience operating a mini skid steer, and knowledge of rope and rigging for tree work. Experience operating a spider lift is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mini skid steer safely and efficiently
• Perform rope and rigging operations for tree removal and pruning
• Assist climbers during tree work
• Chipping, raking, and job site cleanup
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Mini skid steer operating experience (required)
• Knowledge of rope and rigging techniques (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well on a team
• Tree service experience preferred

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience operating a spider lift

• Competitive pay based on experience
