Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Trend identification: Monitor the larger media landscape and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube etc.) to identify emerging trends, hashtags, viral content and shifts in user behavior.
• Trend Analysis: Analyze data to asses the potential impact of new trends on brands within various industries (mainly beauty), looking for insights that will drive strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Create clear, concise, and actionable trend reports that highlight key findings, trends and insights, tailored to various stakeholders including clients, marketing teams and senior leadership.
• Strategic recommendations: Provide insights and recommendation on how to leverage trends for social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, content creation and overall brand strategy.

Are you the one we're looking for:

• You have around 2 years of experience working within a similar role.
• You have previous experience working with consumer-focused brands, in particular beauty brands, understanding their unique challenges and objectives.
• Previous experience in Influencer Marketing is considered a plus.
• You are passionate in what you do and build trust by being data-driven and fact-based, turning data and insights into impactful strategies that resonate.
• You are quick on your feet and constantly adapting to the modern landscape.
• You are a strong team player

You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

Location & Reporting: You’ll be based in Stockholm as part of our Stockholm office.
