We are PlantNerd, an indoor cultivation based out of Paw Paw. We are currently looking to add another trimmer to our team.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and product clean up procedures
• Basic data collection skills for tracking production metrics
• Proficiency in using hand tools for packaging tasks
• Reliable transportation

Duties:

• Package products according to company standards and specifications
• Trimming product efficiently
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling products
• Processing dry hanging product
• General cleaning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
