Mobil Grain is seeking a motivated, highly organized, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team to operate a Skid Steer and Truck in Delisle, SK, 20 minutes from Saskatoon. The position involves travelling to various work sites along our two shortline railways, Big Sky Rail (Delisle to Laporte) and Last Mountain Railway (Davidson to Regina) to assist with material handling, tie changes, and railroad crossing rehabilitation. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace for themselves and their teammates.

The successful applicant must:
- Valid 1A or a class 3
- Previous experience operating a skid steer or similar equipment
- Ability to fix minor repairs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and different locations
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual labour tasks
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be committed to working safely and responsibly
- Willing to work in a positive, respectful environment
- Be a team player, willing to pull their weight to get the job done
- Successful pre-employment drug test required
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a skid steer to assist with material handling.
- Perform tie changes and assist with track maintenance as required.
- Contribute to railroad crossing rehabilitation projects.
- Travel to different work sites along the railroad, working as part of a dedicated team.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure equipment is kept in excellent working order.
- Assist with minor repairs as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the railroad industry or with material handling.
- Knowledge of railroad tie changes, and other rail related maintenance procedures.
