About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we now have a great opportunity for an experienced Class 2 or Class 4 Driver to join our team at Auto Parts Express.
We are looking to grow and develop our drivers you will be driving our truck and picking up the car and delivering it back to our yard at Auckland. Your responsibility will include loading and unloading, load vehicles using lifting and tipping devices, observe safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles and verify documentations. Occasionally you will be responsible to help at the yard.
About you:
- A clean NZ Class 2 or 4 driving licence
- Minimum 6 months' driving experience with a clean Class 2 Driver's License or above
- Truck driving experience
- You will need to be physically fit and enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team
- You must be a self-motivated team member who can work unsupervised
- Time management skills to meet delivery timeframes
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills.
