Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hooklift Truck & Equipment Trailer Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the cargo.
Duties
- Operate trucks to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Load and unload construction equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability on the road.
- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Strong knowledge and operation of Hooklift BinTruck.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and forklifts is preferred.
- Basic automotive repair skills for maintaining vehicle performance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients professionally.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of driving and freight handling.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour

- Hooklift Truck & Excavation Equipment : 3 years (required)
