Description:
This role offers a great team environment and potential for skills and career development.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Complete local delivery runs between farm and packing warehouse efficiently and on schedule.
Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of produce.
Conduct pre-start checks on vehicles and report any issues.
Operate HR trucks, trailers, and farm machinery safely and competently.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Support general farm and operational duties as required.

Skills and Experiences:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• HR Drives Licences essential.
• Forklift license essential.
• Experience operating Medium Rigid trucks, including trailer handling and reversing.
• Experience with delivery coordination, loading/unloading, and transport documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to perform manual handling and outdoor work.
• Opportunity for weekend work
• Ability to start early morning (6.30am)
