Position Overview

Eagle Air Freight is seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our trucking operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented, medium- to fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, organized, and able to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and on time. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to assist other team members are essential.

Responsibilities

· Provide professional and responsive customer service by phone and email

· Respond to customer questions and provide shipment updates

· Support dispatchers with daily trucking and delivery operations

· Enter, review, and maintain shipment and customer information

· Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting-related responsibilities

· Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments

· Help resolve shipment, scheduling, billing, and service-related issues

· Accounting/billing/posting payments

· Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation

· Prioritize assignments and meet operational deadlines

· Assist coworkers and other departments as business needs require

· Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Strong communication and customer-service skills

· Ability to work effectively in a medium- to fast-paced environment

· Dependable, punctual, and reliable

· Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through

· Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software

· Willingness to learn and remain flexible as responsibilities change

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

· Previous customer service, transportation, logistics, dispatch, billing, or administrative experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
