Turnaround P6 Master Scheduler

Job Summary

The position of Turnaround Master Scheduler will require scheduling of detailed planning into P6 software for a turnaround at an oil/gas facility near Cochrane Alberta. This will include but won't be limited to small projects, vessels, tanks, towers, exchanger's, valve replacements, valve service, PRV service, I&E items and other inspection activities. This position is based onsite 4-5 days per week. The selected candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years field planning and turnaround scheduling experience and/or relevant education and experience combination as well as a relevant engineering degree or trade certificate . The Turnaround Scheduler position requires the right candidate to be safety minded and focused on zero incident. Will need to modify existing schedule with the turnaround team of planners and coordinators, then produce daily shift schedules (layouts) by trade and update during execution. Create applicable reports and present for the manager update meetings.

Requirements in addition to experience:

First Aid

H2S Alive

Valid drivers license

WHIMIS

TDG

Microsoft and computer proficient

P6 scheduling experience (5 years as primary scheduler)

Trade ticket and or engineering degree
