We are currently recruiting a Tyre Technician/Wheel Aligner at Mercedes-Benz Mornington.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 paid after 30 days and $2,500 paid after probation period.

Description:
About the Role:

• Carry out all wheel alignment duties accurately and carefully.
• Assist with tyre fitments and repairs as required.
• Maintain and exceed productivity and quality standards.
• You’ll work with pride, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their vehicle’s safety and performance.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

Skills and Experiences:
About You:

• Previous experience in a wheel alignment role (dealership experience highly desirable).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive “can-do” attitude and pride in your work.
• Commitment to ongoing training and career growth.
• A current driver’s licence.
