We are seeking a skilled UI Designer with experience using AI-powered design tools to join our dynamic team. As a UI Designer, you will work on designing visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces, while leveraging AI tools to streamline design processes and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an engaging, intuitive, and accessible experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
• Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma plugins, Adobe Sensei, AI-driven wireframing tools) to automate design processes and enhance creativity.
• Prototype and test UI designs, making necessary iterations based on feedback and usability testing.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms by creating design systems and UI libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, especially those leveraging AI technologies.
• Provide design documentation, including specifications and style guides, for development teams.
• Assist in the development and refinement of user-centric design strategies through data analysis, A/B testing, and user research.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience working with AI-driven design tools and automation platforms (e.g., AI-powered wireframing, design recommendation tools, AI-enhanced prototyping).
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI-based design systems or tools like Adobe Sensei, Uizard, or Designhill AI tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development (optional but a plus).
• Experience in creating or contributing to design systems.
