Job Title:

UI/UX Design Intern – ERP, Web & Mobile App Design

About Us:

We build ERP and mobile applications used by businesses and educational institutions. We are working on revamping our interfaces for better user experience and are looking for a UI/UX intern who can help us design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces.

Internship Role:

You will assist in designing:

• 5 screens for a mobile app
• 5 screens for a web-based ERP
• Homepage + 10 internal pages for a website
• 5 other standalone web pages

You'll apply UI design principles with a decent understanding of UX to ensure usability and clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Design responsive UI screens for web and mobile using Figma or similar tools
• Apply basic UX principles like clarity, feedback, and accessibility
• Create clean layouts with attention to spacing, fonts, and consistency
• Design user flows or wireframes for given screens when needed
• Iterate designs based on feedback
• Prepare handoff-ready mockups for developers

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of UI tools: Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Understanding of UX principles: navigation, visual hierarchy, mobile vs desktop behavior, form usability, etc.
• Ability to design clean layouts and workflows
• A portfolio (can include personal or academic projects)
• Willingness to learn and take feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:

• B.Des / M.Des (Design)
• Visual Communication / Multimedia

If they have no formal degree but a solid portfolio, still consider them.
