We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences for Enterprise SaaS and B2B platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of responsive design for both web and mobile applications. Experience in ERPNext UI customization will be a strong plus.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of responsive design for both web and mobile applications. Experience in ERPNext UI customization will be a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions. Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital platforms. Work closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability and performance. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies. Must-Have Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. Proven experience designing for Enterprise SaaS or B2B web platforms. Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD. Expertise in responsive web and mobile app design. Understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have Experience with ERPNext UI customization. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development for better design-to-development handoff. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
