Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to bring design ideas to life.
• Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, and mockups.
• Design interfaces that adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to consistent, scalable design systems.
• Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with front-end developers to bridge the gap between design and code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Participate in agile/scrum workflows, ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX deliverables into the development process.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools like Axure RP, InVision, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap (front-end development experience is a plus).
• Experience working within code-based design systems and version control workflows.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles, mental models, personas, and user behavior.
• Skilled in using storyboarding, journey mapping, and service design techniques.
• Sound knowledge of usability, accessibility, and visual design heuristics.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your design decision.
