We are looking for a talented UX/UI Design Intern to join our team. Our mobile and web applications are already developed, and we now want to enhance their user experience and modernize the UI design for better usability, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction. Candidates who are willing to travel to our Thane office (Wagle Estate) can only apply.

Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with our product and development teams to analyze the current user journey, identify pain points, and deliver high-fidelity design improvements. You will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI mockups that align with our brand while ensuring seamless usability across devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audit of existing mobile and web apps.
• Analyze user flows and recommend improvements to enhance usability and reduce friction.
• Redesign UI screens to give the app a modern, clean, and user-friendly look.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for approval.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
• Provide style guidelines, assets, and design systems for consistency.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on designs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• Experience creating design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for modern UI trends.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, or heuristic evaluations.
