What You'll Do

o Own the end-to-end design process — research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, prototypes.

o Use tools like Figma, FigJam, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, etc. for rapid prototyping and exploration.

o Break down complex workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences.

o Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to ship quickly without sacrificing UX quality.

o Conduct quick user research and iterate based on feedback.

o Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across products.

Skills/Qualifications

o 2–3 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience (SaaS preferred).

o Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, interactive prototypes).

o Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for wireframes, mockups, and concept validation.

o Strong grasp of UX fundamentals — usability, interaction design, accessibility.

o A portfolio showcasing not just your designs, but your design thinking process.

o Comfort with fast iteration cycles and quick pivots.

o Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software

o Knowledge of design tools like FigJam, Miro, Adobe CC.

o Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (for better collaboration with developers)

o Eye for detail

o Willingness to learn and take initiative

o Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing technology landscapes.
