About Us - Umrah Calling is a premium travel agency specializing exclusively in private 5-star Umrah packages. We focus on personalized Umrah experiences with carefully selected hotels, seamless arrangements, and dedicated client service.

Role: Umrah Travel Consultant - We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to handle client inquiries, package planning, reservations, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of personalized service and enjoys helping clients plan their Umrah journey.

No sales targets — the focus is on service, accuracy, coordination, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling client inquiries and sharing customized Umrah package options
• Preparing quotations based on travel dates, duration, hotels, and requirements
• Checking hotel availability and managing reservations
• Coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel arrangements
• Sending booking confirmations, invoices, and travel vouchers
• Coordinating with hotels and suppliers for reservations and updates
• Following up with clients to ensure a smooth Umrah journey
• Updating website packages with the latest hotel options and deals
• Maintaining accurate booking and client records

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 1–2 years experience in a travel company/tourism industry
✔ Experience with Umrah East travel will be preferred
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Good knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels will be an advantage
✔ Strong attention to detail and customer-handling ability
✔ Candidates staying on the Central Line (Mumbai) will be preferred
