Unarmed Security Officer (Flex/Prn)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Flex Security Officer, you will be called upon to cover open shifts as needed, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, their customers, & employees. This is a vital role in ensuring the protection and the safety of all individuals on-site.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:
- Possess a valid NC PPSB Security Officer license.

Experience:

- Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or security field is a plus
- Familiarity with surveillance techniques, and access control systems
- CPR and first aid certification is preferred but not required
