Responsibilities
- Hiring/Firing sales team, production team and office staff
- Manage CRM data accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and grow assigned sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Utilize Sales CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Generate leads through Door Knocking and knocking teams. Group knocking technique and individual
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

- Help salesmen grow their network with real estate brokers and insurance brokers
- Provide sales support to customers as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing sales and business growth
- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in territory management and account management
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Prior experience in roofing is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
