Description of the role: We’re seeking a recent or soon to be Graduate to join our team. In this role you’ll deliver insights that enhance performance and ensure compliance. You’ll support businesses by conducting data-driven audits and building reliable, transparent systems that promote trust and sustainability.

What makes you 'just right':
You are currently studying (or recently completed) a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar, with an interest in accounting, audit, public sector or governance
You have a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
You have clear communication skills and a willingness to learn
You have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
You are an Australian Citizen

What your day might look like:
We're looking for a curious and motivated undergraduate to join our Canberra practice and play an active role in delivering meaningful work. You’ll be part of a team that helps clients solve complex problems, strengthen how they operate, and deliver better outcomes for the community. In this role you will:

Work alongside clients in workshops and interviews to understand their challenges and explore solutions
Create practical, value-adding recommendations that help clients improve systems, processes and culture
Support the design and delivery of assurance and internal audits engagements across a variety of public sector projects
Evaluate governance, risk and compliance frameworks to see how organisations really work behind the scenes
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for change
Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives, shaping how we deliver services to our clients
Gain exposure to the full engagement lifecycle — from scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting through to presenting findings and recommendations
