Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed correctly and safely
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to construction teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress
Skills:
- Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to use software tools like Bluebeam and Primavera for project planning and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
