About this work area
The journey starts with a training program to develop the continuous improvement capability in the unit via training, workshops and activities. It is done via a “train to deliver” approach so the operational team can then apply the lean ways of working to the daily operations directly.
The unit Lean Leader plays an important role in driving the country's implementation of Lean ways of working. Therefore, the assignment requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate teams, navigate complex challenges, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Who you are
As the unit Lean Leader, you foster a coaching culture that empowers teams to think critically and act efficiently. Your expertise includes training managers in Lean principles, facilitating impactful workshops, and guiding teams through complex change processes with confidence and clarity. You are skilled at identifying operational improvement opportunities, leading process enhancements, and delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading in the unknown, with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude that inspires action.
Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to engage stakeholders at all levels, build trust, and contribute meaningfully to the unit implementation of Lean initiatives.
