What you will be responsible for
As Unit Registry Account Manager, you will
- Ensure that all operational registry and reporting deliverables to both internal and external clients are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage client relationship from both a strategic and day to day tactical perspective ensuring coherence between client requirements and SSAL service capabilities
- Facilitate staff training & development, including through effective performance reviews
- Understand the core offering and increase efficiencies in the day to day process
- Provide auditing assistance during operational peak periods
What we value

- Knowledge of the unit registry operational flows.
- Knowledge of fund accounting operational concepts.
- An aptitude for information technology including Excel and HiTrust
- Ability to manage all aspects of a team and/or teams – leadership, coaching, recruitment, team building, problem resolution, motivation, training/development of staff in technical and leadership skills.
- Good liaison skills across all levels of the organization.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of client servicing
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in accounting/business/commence/finance – SIA or degree.
- A solid understanding of the finance industry and financial markets.
- Previous Unit Registry, finance and/or banking background.
- An excellent understanding of core registry processes – transaction processing, distributions and non-financial changes.
- Strong understanding of AML/FATCA/CRS rules and RG97 regulations
