The Faculty of Psychology at the University of Vienna comprises the Dean's Office, a StudiesServiceCenter (SSC) and four institutes.
The position to be filled is based at the Chair of Clinical Psychology of Childhood and Adolescence (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martina Zemp) at the Institute of Clinical and Health Psychology. Our research area investigates, among other things, family risk and protective factors for mental disorders in childhood and adolescence in basic and applied research (see for specific focal points:

As a university assistant postdoc, you will join the research team and take on the following tasks:
Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of research projects with a particular focus on EMA studie- s Advanced statistical evaluations (especially analysis of EMA data
- ) Publication of research results in international peer-reviewed journal
- s Active participation in national and international scientific conference
- s Independent teaching of courses in accordance with the collective agreemen
- t Student supervision (especially co-supervision of master’s theses
- ) Participation in the administration of the institute, teaching and researc
- h Acquisition of third-party fund
- s Holding of examinations, if necessar

Your profile:
Completed doctoral studies/PhD in a relevant research area (clinical child and adolescent psychology, preferably in the area of social anxiety in children and adolescents- ) High level of expertise in research in the field of clinical psychology of childhood and adolescence, especially in the specific focus areas of the working group (for example, social anxiety in adolescence, see Extensive experience in the management/implementation of research projects and in scientific publishin
- g Good knowledge of quantitative analysis methods for evaluating EMA data and motivation to deepen methodological skill
- s Experience in acquiring third-party fundin
- g Experience in teachin
- g Experience in student supervision (especially in the context of final theses
- ) Very good written and spoken German and English skill
