Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. Your team
At Julius Baer Europe, our Client Data & Lifecycle Management team is divided into three units, each playing a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional private banking experiences.

As a Business Analyst in our Projects & Initiatives team, you'll be the bridge between business strategy and technical implementation. You'll dive into the inner workings of our department, mastering our processes and systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive progress. Your main partners within the department are the Forms Management and Client Lifecycle Management teams. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives that empower our clients to achieve their goals. Working closely with stakeholders across various departments, you'll co-create innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and services.

YOUR CHALLENGE

During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into

• banking know-how on deepest level analysing Client Life Cycle processes from start to finish (E2E)

• stakeholder management

• prepare and participate in quarterly plannings

• align on priorities, resources and budget

• discussing blueprints and solutions

• project tools and methodologies

• preparing and performing testing and documentation of new products, services and applications

• developing detailed functional specifications and user stories based on business requirements

• discussing user experience based on front user feedback

• Scrum team ceremonies preparation and participation

• Product Owner alignment meetings

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Administration or related fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)

• Initial practical experience in the financial service industry and/or business analysis and project work

• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and eager to learn

• Reliable team player who is well-organized and structured thinking

• Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus (preferable Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian)

• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
