Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare AR Caller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims and ensure timely reimbursement

Key Responsibilities :

• Call US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding AR claims
• Analyze claim denials and take appropriate corrective actions
• Check claim status, payment details, and EOBs
• Resolve underpayments, rejections, and denials
• Document call notes and updates accurately in AR systems
• Work on aging buckets (30/60/90/120 days)
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams

• Willing to travel on your own transport
• Willing to work in night shift

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
