Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients and understand their career needs
• Present and sell our career enhancement services effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or similar role
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
• Comfortable with phone-based selling
• Basic computer proficiency
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR services, recruitment, or career services industry
• Understanding of job search and career development processes
• Bachelor's degree in any field
