*** Urgent*** Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can independently manage our social media presence and digital advertising across major platforms.

Base Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Mode: Work from Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Experience: 1–3 Years, Freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars.

- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and other content.

- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and other paid advertising campaigns.

- Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, creatives, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns.

- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

- Analyze insights, analytics, and campaign reports.

- Handle comments, messages, audience engagement, and online reputation.

- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and new content opportunities.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators when required.

- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

- Stay updated with social media algorithms, advertising trends, and digital marketing tools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising.

- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital platforms is an advantage.

- Good understanding of content marketing, analytics, targeting, and audience growth.

- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts/campaigns and work independently.

- Experience with Canva or basic graphic/video editing will be an added advantage.

- ⁠AI tools and have knowledge of shopify

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who can take complete ownership of social media—from content planning and posting to paid ads, audience growth, analytics, and overall e commerce platform management.
