US Account Internship with 6+ months of work experience required US based CPA firm at Dahisar, Mumbai

JD:
- Execute daily transaction entries and perform data accuracy checks to support US accounting operations
- Support month-end closure of US accounts and ensure timely finalization of books
- Carry out bank reconciliations, process AP/AR transactions, and maintain the general ledger as per guidelines
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Assist in executing sales tax calculations and ensure compliance tasks are completed under senior supervision
- Work closely with CPAs for statutory compliance — monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Assit in quarterly sales tax workings and filings
- Coordinate effectively with the India & US teams, CPAs, foreign clients, and other external agencies
- Assist in audits and maintain up-to-date documentation as per US accounting standards
Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Salary upto Rs 16,000 per month (can be increased for a suitable candidate)
