Candidate Marketing (Bench Sales)

• Promote available consultants to clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
• Submit resumes to job openings (direct client requirements or via job boards and vendors).
• Highlight consultants’ technical strengths and project experience effectively.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners and clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with vendors and hiring managers.

Job Requirement Analysis

• Understand job descriptions thoroughly to match consultants appropriately.
• Customize and format resumes to better match job requirements.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Provide interview preparation and post-interview feedback to consultants.
• Keep consultants informed about marketing status, submissions, and client feedback.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all necessary paperwork (work authorization, ID proofs, etc.) is in place.
• Manage onboarding documentation once the consultant is selected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
