Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies,
managing partner expectations by understanding return on investment.
Manage full lifecycle recruitment activities including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing,
job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
Understand partner requirements for candidates and match them with suitable candidates through
all stages of the recruiting process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation,
phone screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and extending offers.
Handle W2 and C2C requirements.
Perform other assigned activities related to recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,248.70 - ₹21,724.94 per month
