Job Title: Junior Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Junior Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with strong expertise in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience working with VMS requirements, direct clients, and W2 hiring. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiting professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across various domains and technologies.
• Work extensively on VMS requirements and direct client requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions.
• Focus on W2 hiring and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, qualification, and interview coordination.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times while ensuring quality submissions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of core US Staffing recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience working with VMS portals and Direct Clients.
• Strong expertise in W2 sourcing and hiring.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
• Must be comfortable working from the office in Gachibowli.
• Immediate availability or ability to join within 1–2 weeks.
