We are hiring experienced Freight Brokers (US Logistics) to manage drayage/container shipments across U.S. ports, rail ramps, and final delivery points. This role requires hands-on experience in handling live shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring smooth execution from pickup to delivery.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of real US freight brokerage experience, specifically in drayage operations, along with an existing book of business or strong carrier network. You should be comfortable negotiating rates, managing multiple loads, and handling operational challenges such as port delays, appointments, and container movement.

You will be responsible for working closely with US-based carriers and dispatchers, tracking shipments, updating systems (CRM/TMS), and maintaining consistent communication. This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals who can work in a fast-paced, real-time logistics environment.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in US freight brokerage (drayage only), strong understanding of ports and container logistics, good English communication skills, and willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives up to 50%.
