Autism Center of Excellence is a premier autism therapy organization headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2–16, delivering care in a child-centered and family-focused setting. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our recruitment team to attract high-quality clinical professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians (BTs), across multiple US locations.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter – Healthcare & ABA Staffing to support our expanding clinical workforce. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment for ABA and healthcare roles, develop strong talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and hire qualified BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians (BTs) for clinics across the United States.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and specialized healthcare/ABA job boards to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and staffing timelines.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, coordinate interview scheduling, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide and support junior recruiters by sharing best practices in healthcare and ABA recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, daily activity tracking, and candidate pipeline reports.
  • Stay informed on ABA industry trends, state licensing requirements, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while professionally representing the organization’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in US non-IT staffing, with preferred exposure to healthcare, ABA, or mental health recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring clinical professionals such as BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, or related healthcare roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple openings, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters is an added advantage.
  • Availability to work US time zones (India night shift).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.

Schedule

  • Night shift (aligning with US hours)
  • 5 Days working (Sat -Sun Fixed off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive – based on experience (No bar for good candidate)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
