The ideal candidate will have an experience working with a passive, competitive technical market and enjoy building out high-quality talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights back to the recruiting teams to help strategize the hiring needs.

Title: US Recruiter (Non -IT)
Job Location: Ahmedabad office

Shift Timings: 6:00 pm to 2:30 am or 7:00 pm to 3:30am

Roles and Responsibilities

Working experience on key process such as Talent Management for US region.
Sourcing profiles using Web Portals like any ATS, Zip recruiter and indeed etc.
Report directly to line manager and act as a point of contact for all the internal as well as the external tasks
Excellent screening & Sourcing

Skills and Requirements
2 to 5 years of Minimum experience

Good in Non-IT Recruitment
Experience in sourcing from multiple channels
Clear written and spoken communication.
Minimum bachelor's degree
Technically Savvy.
