What You’ll Learn & Do

• Understand the end-to-end car hauling process, from vehicle pickup to final delivery
• Coordinate with drivers, transport partners, and internal teams
• Track vehicle movement and update shipment status
• Handle basic documentation related to vehicle transport
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines and updates
• Ensure vehicles are handled according to safety and compliance standards

Who Can Apply

• Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of logistics/transport
• Good spoken and written English is a must
• Willingness to learn a new process and industry
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, tracking systems)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
