US Voice Support Executive – Night Shift- ( Incentives up to 30,000)

Location: On-Site – Bodakdev, SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380054
Shift: Full-Time | Permanent | Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior US Voice Support Executive to join our Voice Process team. This is a prime opportunity for candidates with prior experience in US voice processes, especially those with international experience or an excellent accent, looking to build a long-term career in international customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, efficient, and clear solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and log them into the CRM.
  • Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Resolve customer escalations calmly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and listening) with an excellent accent, suitable for handling US-based customers.
  • Prior experience in a US or international voice process is preferred
  • International experience (working with global markets or clients, especially from English-speaking countries) will be an advantage
  • Must have completed at least 12th grade (or be a graduate).
  • Currently pursuing studies will not be considered.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
  • Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Prior experience in international customer support or BPOs in the US market.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and call logging systems.
