We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Used Car Sales Person to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships.
• Assist customers with paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or retail sales is preferred; automotive experience is a plus. OMVIC certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Proficient math skills for calculating payments and financing options.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• A passion for cars and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
