• Experience in Windows 10, MS Office support and upgrades
• Advanced Microsoft Office, 2021 Outlook, Excel, XML
• ChatGPT, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Excel VBA, Cloud, etc
• Video Editing, networking
• Apple PC basic support
• Excellent English language communication

• Advanced chatGPT, Gemini, Claude: 2 years (preferred)
• Currently studying masters course: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Professional Business English proficiency (C2) (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• MS office advanced certification (preferred)
